Every slab you have graded is already listed in your Collectors account. Download that list once and the whole vault builds itself — scans, grades, populations and all.

Use the account your cards are graded under. SLABS never sees that password — you sign in on Collectors' own site.

The Actions button sits above your collection, top right. Open it and choose Download CSV — the last item in the menu.

edits are held until you save them, so a hundred rows cost one write.
People
Let someone see your vault
Your vault appears under Collectors in their sidebar — their own vault and binders stay exactly where they are. They can browse and play your shelves; they cannot change anything. Access is tied to the email address you type here: it unlocks when they sign in with that Google account, so forwarding a link achieves nothing. They get an invite email right away — and you get one when they join, and again when they first open your vault.

Browser extension admin
Reads cert pages in your own browser and sends back scans, PSA estimates, population and PriceCharting history — useful while API access is pending. Install it, enter this vault's URL, and press Sign in to vault; it connects through this account automatically.
PriceCharting fixes admin
Cards whose product page the harvest could not find. The URL is guessed from the set code and the card name; when the guess is wrong, paste the right page and the card goes back into the extension's queue.
Activity admin
What the server is actually doing, from the three places that know: Cloud Run for whether each job task lived or died, the batch records for what a run was meant to cover, and the cards for what came of it.
Vault repair
Documents in your vault with no cert number of their own and no import behind them — left by a bug that wrote Discover cards into the wrong vault. They inflate your card count and make Discover mark cards as yours that never were.
Users admin
Everyone who has signed in to SLABS, newest first — what they pay, how big their vault is, and whether their cards actually came out right. Open a vault to see it as they see it.
Discover admin
Cards on public display, visible to anyone — including people who have never signed in. Their cert numbers are never sent to the browser and their images are served under an opaque id, so the number cannot be read out of a URL either. Nobody can record a purchase price against them.
Why is a card not in Discover?
Reads the server's own view — including whether the share switch is actually on there, which is not always what the button is showing.
Use the printed picture
Every card on the shelf is shown as a cut-out — the card as a detector found it inside a photograph of its slab, through plastic. Where the card's set has been matched, the publisher's own picture of it can be fetched instead: the card as printed, borders and all. Cards with no matched set, or no such number in it, keep their cut-out.
Waiting for review
Cards other people have imported that Discover does not already hold. Nothing here is public until you approve it, and a card you turn down is never offered again.
Add by cert number
Paste cert numbers or a PSA export. New cards go to the front of the browser extension's queue — it reads their PSA page and the cut-out follows automatically. Backgrounds wait in AI images for a Generate press each.
In Discover
Sets on Discover
Two decisions per set, and they cost different things.
Which rarities show is what a stranger sees when they open the set — nothing is
created by choosing. Which cards to add puts them on the public shelf as PSA 10s
that nobody graded: a card document each, plus a place in the AI images waiting queue —
their backgrounds are a Generate press each, never drawn on their own. Pick deliberately.
Set matching
An album fills a slot when a card's SET matches a real set and its
NUMBER matches a card inside it. PSA does not always spell either the way TCGdex does.
Both kinds of disagreement are listed here, and a correction made once holds for every
album and every vault.
AI images admin
Nothing is drawn on its own. A card that has been cut out waits under Waiting to be drawn until you check its card type and press Generate — one press, one card, one Vertex call. Everything already drawn sits under Needs review, where Redraw now buys a second attempt. One background is shared by every copy and grade of a card, so both the decision and the press apply everywhere.
